About the Job :
Responsible for managing Civil Maintenance Works at ADNOC Refining HQ, Abu Dhabi Refinery, Mussafah Terminal, and Ruwais Refineries. This includes modifications, installations, routine maintenance, and preventive work while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services with a strong focus on HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
Oversee contractor services, ensuring all work meets standards and specifications. Continuously monitor and evaluate contractor performance to maintain efficiency and compliance

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills :
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in building maintenance and services.
- At least 2 years in a civil supervisory role.
- Strong English communication skills.
Certifications:
- Experience working with service providers and maintenance contractors.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs, installations, repairs, and modifications.
- Plan and oversee contractor work, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Assist in budget preparation and tender activities for maintenance projects.
- Assess office and building service needs, recommending improvements and replacements.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure proper installation and execution of work.
- Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, working with contractors and specialists.
- Evaluate and approve contractors and suppliers for building maintenance services.
- Review work requests, assign tasks to contractors, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct quality inspections and report defects in civil/structural work.
- Communicate issues to landlords, contractors, and responsible entities for resolution.
- Ensure safety compliance, participate in HSE meetings, and conduct safety inspections.
- Prepare reports, technical evaluations, and recommendations for contractor performance improvement.
